A 24-year-old man was allegedly tied to a pole and burnt alive by his family members who have been reportedly enraged over the sufferer’s repeated misbehaviour after liquor consumption.

In a heart-wrenching incident, a 24-year-old man was allegedly tied to a pole and set on hearth over his repeated misbehaviour in an inebriated state.
Enraged over his liquor dependancy, his family members tied him to a pole, doused him with petrol and set him on hearth late Tuesday night.
The incident passed off in Kadalimunda village below Handapa police limits in Angul district of Odisha.
The deceased, recognized as Rajkishore Pradhan, sustained 80 per cent burn accidents. He was taken to Athmallik hospital in the district the place docs declared him useless.
The physique of the sufferer has been despatched for a postmortem.
Police have detained his mom, Basanti Pradhan, sister and elder brother Subash Pradhan in reference to the incident.
Police suspect it to be the fallout of previous enmity.
Reportedly, the deceased, Rajkishore, usually quarrelled with different family members in the home after consuming liquor on common foundation.
Talking to India Right this moment TV, Angul Police SP Jagmmohan Meena stated, “The mom, sister and the elder brother of the deceased have been arrested. He [Rajkishore] used to quarrel and harass the family members in an inebriated state which had triggered the incident on the fateful night time.”
